Terms & Conditions
1. Parties & Scope
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “user”, “customer”) and Yield Trust (“we”, “us”, “our”, “Yield Trust”) governing access to and use of our websites, apps, dashboards, APIs, and related products or services (collectively, the “Services”).
2. Acceptance
By registering, accessing, or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms as well as all policies referenced herein (including Risk Disclosures, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and product-specific terms). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
3. Eligibility & Compliance
- You represent that you are of legal age, have full capacity, and that your use of the Services is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You agree to comply with all KYC/AML requests, sanctions screenings, and ongoing monitoring as required by law or policy.
- We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access where legally required or where risk thresholds are exceeded.
4. Accounts, Security & Conduct
- You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and devices. Use strong passwords and multi-factor authentication where available.
- You agree not to engage in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful activity, nor to attempt to circumvent risk controls, rate limits, or security measures.
- We may freeze or review accounts upon security alerts, suspicious activity, or legal requests.
5. Products, Performance & Disclosures
- Products may include pooled strategies, staking, lending, analytics, and risk tooling. Availability is jurisdiction- and eligibility-dependent.
- All performance displays for staking/lending are net of internal fees and mechanisms, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- No assurance of profit. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
6. Deposits, Withdrawals & Transfers
- Deposits: free on our side (external bank/network charges may apply).
- Withdrawals/Transfers: may incur fees up to 5% (capped). Timing and limits may apply due to operational, liquidity, or compliance considerations.
- We may request additional verification before processing payouts.
7. Fees & Pricing
- Our fee structure is published and may be updated periodically. Trading/Subscription fees may be introduced upon feature launch.
- Staking & Lending: fees are automatically netted; dashboards show net figures.
- Borrow: rates are volatile, influenced by market conditions; please consult the relevant product page for current indications.
8. Market Risks & No Advice
- Digital assets and markets are volatile and can involve partial or total loss of principal. You acknowledge and accept these risks.
- Nothing in the Services constitutes investment, legal, tax, or accounting advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or specific outcomes.
9. Force Majeure & Extraordinary Events
We are not liable for delays, losses, or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to market dislocations, exchange outages, protocol failures, cyberattacks, acts of God, regulatory actions, sanctions, or widespread infrastructure incidents.
10. Regulatory, Tax & Reporting
- You are responsible for understanding and paying all applicable taxes and for any required reporting.
- We may cooperate with regulators and law enforcement as required by law.
- Certain jurisdictions may be restricted or require enhanced checks.
11. Intellectual Property
The Services, including content, code, designs, and trademarks, are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
12. Privacy & Data
We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. You consent to such processing in connection with the Services, including KYC/AML checks and fraud prevention.
13. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or loss of data, even if advised of the possibility.
- Our aggregate liability for any claim shall be limited to the lower of (i) fees paid to us by you in the 12 months prior to the incident or (ii) the amount mandated by applicable law.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, violation of the Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
15. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for non-compliance, risk concerns, legal requirements, or misuse. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately, subject to any surviving obligations.
16. Changes to Terms & Services
We may update these Terms and modify or discontinue features. Material changes may be communicated through the Services. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of our operating jurisdiction(s). Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of such jurisdiction, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.

Conversion upon Deposit
Upon making a deposit on yieldtrust.eu, deposited funds may be converted into Yield Trust Token (YTT). Unless otherwise communicated at the time of deposit, the indicative conversion reference is 1 USD = 1 YTT.
Variable Conversion Ratio
The conversion ratio between fiat/crypto and YTT may change at any time at our discretion due to market, operational, or technical considerations. While we aim to communicate relevant updates, we are not obligated to notify users of any change to the conversion ratio unless required by law or product-specific terms.
Display & Accounting
Balances and performance may be displayed in YTT or local currency equivalents. All product analytics, staking, and lending performance shown on dashboards are presented as net of internal fees unless otherwise stated.
Markets can experience sudden and severe dislocations, including but not limited to crashes, liquidity gaps, exchange halts, de-pegs, protocol failures, and regulatory shocks. You acknowledge and accept that such events can lead to partial or total loss of principal. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim liability for losses arising from market conditions, force majeure, or extraordinary events, including delays in processing due to compliance, custody, or infrastructure dependencies.
You agree to provide accurate information and promptly satisfy verification requests from our Compliance team (kyc@yieldtrust.eu). We may freeze, restrict, or terminate access where required by law or policy, or where risk thresholds are exceeded, without liability for resulting delays or opportunity costs.
