Own our channels end-to-end: content calendar, short-form reels, X/LinkedIn threads, growth analytics, and community modulation. Partner with Research and Product to ship high-signal updates.

• Editorial calendar, asset pipeline, and brand voice consistency.
• Analytics-led iteration (CTR, watch-time, retention, cohort growth).
• Hands-on content: copy, visuals, micro-video, and basic motion.
• Experience with web3/financial markets comms is a strong plus.

Market & Crypto Analyst (Quant/Technical)

Deliver disciplined analysis, risk notes, and tactical theses across liquid crypto pairs and index/FX overlays. Operate within research rails and publish to internal dashboards.

Certification & Education (required): CFA or CMT, plus a Master’s (or higher) in Quantitative Finance, Financial Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a closely related field.

• Evidence-based analysis (structural + tactical); rigorous backtesting.
• Risk framing: drawdown math, regime detection, and stress stacks.
• Proficiency with Python (pandas/NumPy), SQL; code-first reporting.
• Clear English writing for institutional-grade notes.

AI Expert (ML/Systems) — Extremely High Bar

Build and harden learning systems that power allocation, telemetry, and safeguards. This is a deep technical role with stringent research and production expectations.

Certification & Education (required): PhD in Machine Learning, Computer Science, or Applied Mathematics (or equivalent research record). Publications at top venues (NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or similar) are expected.

• 5+ years hands-on ML (PyTorch/TF/JAX), including distributed training, evaluation design, and drift/robustness.
• MLOps excellence: model registries, feature stores, CI/CD, reproducibility, observability, and rollback strategies.
• Security & compliance intuition (PII handling, privacy, model abuse vectors, auditability).
• Systems thinking: memory/latency trade-offs, cost control, graceful degradation.
• Code quality: production Python; bonus for Rust/C++ for critical paths.
